OBJECTIVES: By the end of the lesson, students will be able to: - listen to and understand two communicative contexts in which Ss talk about colours of school things. - read and complete the four gapped sentences with the help of the picture cues. - sing the song School things with the correct pronunciation and melody. 1. PROCEDURE: Teacher’s activities Students’ activities 1.Warm- up: 5’ Game: Sentence Puzzle *Aims: to help ss to be happy and play the game. *Teaching techniques - techniques in teaching playing game. *Procedure: -Divide the class into groups of four. Give each group a sentence that is broken/cut in to pieces. - SS play game. Then have them look at the word colours and the colour clues to find appropriate letters to complete the words. -Ss look and listen. - Give Ss a time limit to do the puzzle individually.
