WEEK 28 Monday, March 24th 2024 C: 2CT1; 2AT2; 2BT3 Period: 54 UNIT 13: IN THE MATHS CLASS Lesson 2: Listen and chant, Listen and tick, Look and write A.OBJECTIVES: 1. Knowledge: - Sound /n/ - Vocabulary: review - Sentence pattern: What’s number is it? -> It’s__________ - Skills: speaking and listening. 2. Competences: - Correctly pronounce the words eleven, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen and say the sentence pattern: What’s number is it? -> It’s__________ in a chant. 3. Attitude/ Qualities: -Actively participate in activities with their classmates in pairs, groups or class. Educate Ss to become studious and obedient students, know about numbers B. METHODS: - Work in pairs, work in groups, ask and answer. - Communicative approach, teaching methods with game, teaching methods by visual, teaching methods by practicing, prediction. C. TEACHING AIDS: - Teacher: Posters, laptop, pictures, textbook, lesson plan, TV or projector. - Students: Textbooks, notebooks, workbooks, school things. D. PROCEDURES: Teacher’s activities Students’ activities *Aims: to help ss remember the words that they have learn in lesson 1. *Procedure:: -T asks ss to say the letter and the - SS say the letter and sound they learnt in lesson 1(N/n , /n/) the sound. Competences: - Use: What’s number is it? -> It’s_______. to ask and answer about numbers - Sing a song about the numbers. 3. Attitude/ Qualities: -Actively participate in activities with their classmates in pairs, groups or class. Educate Ss to become studious and obedient students, know about numbers B. METHODS: - Work in pairs, work in groups, ask and answer. - Communicative approach, teaching methods with game, teaching methods by visual, teaching methods by practicing, prediction. C. TEACHING AIDS: - Teacher: Posters, laptop, pictures, textbook, lesson plan, TV or projector. - Students: Textbooks, notebooks, workbooks, school things. D.
