Educational aims: Develop Ss’ love for their parents, teachers, friends 2. Teaching aims: By the end of the lesson, Ss will be able to know more about the opinions, feelings, and memories of children about their father on the father’s Day in the U.S.A and in Australia II. PREPARATIONS: book, pictures, cassette tape III. PROCEDURES: Teacher’s activities Students’ activities 1. Warm - up (5’) - Have Ss name some celebrations in Viet Nam Women’s day Teacher’s day Celebrations in Viet Nam Children’s Day Vietnamese Independence Day - Tell some celebrations in Viet Nam 2. Pre - reading (12’) - Have Ss answer some questions What do you often do in Women’s Day? Do we have Father’s Day in Viet Nam?
